Felice Lu is an associate attorney at HAN LLP with a broad international practice spanning commercial litigation, international arbitration, business law, and cross-border regulatory matters. Admitted to practice in New York, California, and Taiwan, and fully trilingual in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese, Felice brings a uniquely multi-jurisdictional and multicultural perspective to complex legal issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Felice practiced a few years in California, where she advised clients on contract review and negotiation, business and employment disputes, family law matters, landlord-tenant issues, and assisted reproductive technology (ART) law.

Earlier in her career, Felice served as an associate at Lee and Li, Attorneys-at-Law in Taipei—one of Taiwan’s premier international law firms. There, she represented clients in high-stakes matters across international arbitration, mass tort and environmental litigation, trust and estate disputes, and complex commercial litigation, including several multi-billion-dollar claims. She also held a key role at the Chinese Arbitration Association, serving as the chief coordinator for Taiwan’s inaugural arbitration moot and contributing to the development of prominent arbitration rules.

Felice holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where she received recognition in international and comparative law, and a Master of Laws (J.D. equivalent) with honors from National Chiao Tung University. She also holds a B.A. in Japanese Language and Literature from National Taiwan University.
